#1034 #3_am_diary The scrambled story of THE MIDNIGHT THOUGHTS!!! What matters? Who matter? Why does that really matter? What’s up ahead? What next? What if? Why that only? Why….??? The lives…! The physical lives….! The digital lives…! The social livea…! The inseparable mixture: socio-digital life..! Do I really need to share that pic? Do I really need to scroll through feed infinitely? A big NO…! The purpose! The why! My Ikigai! Something that I love to do! Something that I am good at! Something that will give me the necessary money! And, most importantly, something that the society around me needs! The human! The basic Instinct of curiosity! The process of continuous cycle of thinking, not in socio-digital age, but NEEDS to be there! The processed thoughts forming some opinions! The opinions get challenged, we evolve, we develop, we nourish and we meaningfully flourish! And, we develop that Big Picture of world around us, putting the complex pieces of past, weaving the present, and looking optimistically towards the bright future! Use: The podcasts, good documentaries! The echo chembers of social media! You engage in a feed that caters what you like! The more you engage, the more learns and ultimately earns! The artificial eco system binds you strongly, strengthens the extremist ideologies, which would promote your engagement and not each social engagement is a GOOD engagement! So what you can do: Read books. Follow the opposite ideologies purposefully. Think, form opinions, evolve! Have values, ethics and the moral compass! Judge what you believe! Question, why are you believing it or should I really believe it! When you encounter any information check: a. Is the source legitimate? b. Is the source authentic? c. Is it the real time information? d. What is the purpose of source? Engage meaningfully. And, The interesting one, and my favourite one, THE PSYCHOLOGY! Do explore! #3_am_diary #12:2:2020::3:00:am
