#959 A thought popped up and it’s about social media, Wherever the personal bonds are attached, the self-value judgements come on any social media platforms, the attachment turns addictive one! Eventually the self-esteem hurts and the lone moments strive for let’s say Instagram, so what you can do, just reduce that social attachment, use it as a communication medium and cut that social-physical-digital attachment, find something to do, something to achieve, some why for what you choose to do, nourish the passion, sharpen the skills, flourish the emotions, read a lot, think a lot, have your own stand, values, morals and just BE THYSELF…!!! #TheSocialMediaDilemma #27:12:2020::12:04:pm
