A public tracker for the AI Architect 60-Day Plan (28 September – 26 November 2026): daily task blocks across three tracks, a focus timer, hours by track, resources, projects, interview flashcards, STAR stories, checkpoints and an API-spend log. Anyone can browse the plan, try it in demo mode, or sign in to sync progress.
Problem: A 60-day plan that lives in a document gets read once. I needed to know each morning what that day's two hours were for, and to keep a record of hours, API spend and interview prep I could look back on.
Solution: Turn the plan into an app. The day number comes from a start date, each day generates its task blocks, and every tick, note and logged hour is its own row. It is built in public and forkable: swap in your own plan by editing one YAML file.
Outcome: Live at learn.sankettambare.in before the plan's first day, ahead of its own "hub live by day 7" checkpoint.
