A social media platform for geeky freaky geeks!
Problem: I wanted to understand what a social platform is actually made of — not read about it, build one.
Solution: A React client against a REST API on Firebase Cloud Functions, covering the full loop: signup, a home feed, user profiles, likes, comments and notifications.
Outcome: Shipped and demoable, then left alone. It did its job as the project where auth, state and a real backend stopped being theory.
