Dear reader,

April's race had no start line and no crowd: a solo half marathon, twenty-one kilometres run on my own. Strava counted about 150 kilometres across the month.

Most of April was spent thinking out loud about AI and about the digital part of who we are. Six posts: on simplicity in the digital world, on embracing hardship in the age of AI, on navigating the AI space and why it cannot wait, on the anatomy of digital well-being, and the first episode of the second season of Chronicles of Wandering Mind.

I listened to Ajay Shah on the US–Israel war on Iran, spent evenings with the AI Study Group, and went to the AI Fellowship in Mumbai. On the shelf, Uttam Kamble's वाट तुडवताना.

The short posts kept asking about wisdom — that it has a price, and that time is the only honest test of it.

The site's structure was rebuilt this month, with a CMS behind it, so that the writing could keep up with the rest.
