Dear reader,

September's race climbed: the Satara Hill Half Marathon 2026. Before it, I finally wrote up Hyderabad — Breaking the barriers within — and a companion piece on conquering the self.

Ten posts this month. One of them, The Second Brain, is on the eight-plus years of notes and archives that became the "ask the archive" on this site. Others asked what it takes to keep momentum going, why crunching the numbers matters, and what not using Instagram has taught me. One was about redesigning a visiting card in an afternoon.

On the shelf, Ito Ogawa's त्सुबाकी स्टेशनर्स, a quiet book about letters and the people who write them — fitting, since this is the month this newsletter was born. Every month from here on will arrive like this one: gathered from the archive, then written by hand.

Tell me which part you want more of below. I will read every answer.
